Our Story

Simply Beautiful Flowers began in 1992 when husband and wife team, Brian and Rennie Friedlander opened and operated a storefront in the Pikesville Alley Shops where they grew and cultivated relationships with some of the areas most discerning clients. In 2014, they partnered with long time friends, and mother-daughter duo, Debbie Carey and Courtney James to embark on a shared dream to grow the business into a landmark retail destination for the Baltimore area. In the Spring of 2016, the new Simply Beautiful Flowers & Gifts opened for business in the Bare Hills area. The state of the art building with its vaulted ceilings, natural light, roomy workspace and walk-in floral cooler, offers clients a full sensory experience with florals and beautifully presented gifts for any occasion.
