RETURN POLICY

Simply Beautiful Flowers will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase, whether online or in-store. All returns are for store credit only, with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Perishable goods such as candles, plants and fresh flowers are not eligible for return. Holiday items cannot be returned after the date of said holiday, even within the 14 day period.

Our flowers come with a guarantee of freshness upon arrival. If you are not completely satisfied, please call us immediately.
